Does anyone know of a source for an OPV that will "fit" the Salvatore? Chris' coffee doesn't have one.

Thanks!

There were many Salvatore machines. May I recommend you post the machine info, maybe a photo of it, and a photo of the OPV. Maybe it's an OPV that can simple be rebuilt, or just cleaned. Or maybe, as you suggest, there's a version made now, that will fit.

I also agree to contact Mr. Salvatore, he is very helpful. I found a good deal on one of his first machines but was missing a portafilter and drip tray. He built both for me and is an interesting guy to talk to. He should be able to point you in the right direction. I also needed a pump for this machine but because the machine was built in the early 90's, I couldn't find the exact pump. He told me which one to buy on Amazon.
