I got these. I'm loving em, they're smooth, not for those seeking clarity.

Will Compak K8 burrs fit in 83mm Ceado?

I was happy with the original Ceado burrs, but also feel like the red SSP was a worthwhile upgrade. This review thread matches my experience. One benefit is they're so tough, you'll never have to change burrs again. Some people have had trouble with a tight fit, but I did not.
Do the Mazzer burrs fit?

No, Mazzer burrs don't fit.

Compak K8 for ~$90
Ceado OEM ~$250
SSP ~$300
Ceado Opal - ~$320

Certainly there are reviews comparing SSP vs Opal, but my guess is maybe slightly lower retention with Opal, and better clarity from SSP.

I'd think the SSP are worth the extra $50 over the OEM burrs, but if the Compak K8 burrs make tasty coffee for $90, and clarity from lighter roasts is not a priority, that's pretty compelling.

Everyone thinks that Ceado Opal burrs cannot be installed on the old e37s, is that right :?: :D

Sorry, right. Chris' coffee does note the Opalglides only work on the single dose models.
