Mazzer Mini not retaining grind setting

Hello all,
My Mazzer Mini grinder has never worked in the most consistent of ways, but I used to chalk it up to variations in humidity etc. However I noticed recently that the adjustment wheel rotates ever so slightly towards "coarser" every time I grind a dose. Has anybody experienced this before and found a fix? Thanks.
