One of the 6 metal fins inside the drum of my Behmor 2000 roaster came off. Has anyone had this happen and if so how did you re-weld it? Thanks!

I think they're electrically spot welded to the mesh. Know anyone with a spot welder? Have you contacted Behmor about a possible replacement?

If the machine is out of warranty, then you could get a replacement drum, e.g., as you're in Toronto, you could drive out to 401 and 403 and pick one up: https://www.espressoplanet.com/behmoer_ ... _drum.html

Screwing the fin back in place might be another option?

A pop rivet might work better since it wouldn't protrude as far as a screw.

You can reattach it using silver brazing rod and a small tipped torch (the Smith Little Torch works well). Avoid excessive heat because of the relatively lightweight mesh of the drum. But as was pointed out a new drum isn't that expensive.
