Hello,
I have a Bezzera BZ10 and it keeps tripping the thermal safety device ( part number: 7634819)
What can cause this? What shall I look for to fix this?

Thanks
Solon

First, make sure your level control is working, and that all wires on the device are well connected.

Thanks for the reply
I noticed that when I switch it on, it gets the boiler to the set pressure (1.3 bars) but when the pressure drops and it is supposed to kick in the element to bring it back to the desired pressure it keeps tripping the thermal safety device ( part number: 7634819)

Interesting issue.

After reaching the desired pressure, detected by the pressurestat.
It should cut power to the heating element from the power relay.
