Lelit Bianca steam wand thread worn out

Hi guys, I have a Lelit Bianca v1 and because the way the old steam wands were positioned so close to the machine, the thread has worn away and the tube has misshapen.

Is there a way to source a new stainless steel tube? Lelit want to sell me a new tap assembly and a new matching water tap assembly for 200+ instead of a $5 steel tube
