Happy Thanksgiving!
Impressions after one week: For espresso setting from 24 to 27 on the first row. RDT with light roast. No RDT with dark roast Retention about .1 g. With light roast a tap and I get almost all of the grind. I take the grinder off the electric dock and tap real hard.
Using a Flair 58 with the latest upgrade and a Weber Unifilter with puck screen and paper. Good tasting shots.
Pour over with Stagg one rotation more coarse at setting 24 to 27 works well.
This is my first year doing espresso and pour over. I could not get good shot with the Flair Royal grinder for light roast.
