Sam Marco 85 Flexa E Portafilters

I am trying to buy a 2 cup portafilter and I am getting conflicting information. One parts company claims that all San Marco 85 use can use the same portafilter for ground. I found one for $65 but can only use ground coffee, for this I also need to buy the coffee basket and the holding spring which brings the cost around $80
Another parts supplier claims that the portafilter I need for the San Marco 85 Flexa requires a portafilter that can use either pods and ground coffee at a costs of $240 complete.
The less expensive portafilter also allows for different size coffee baskets so you can have more or less grams of coffee per shot. They have 14gm 18gm 21gm evn for 3 cups.
I am trying to figure out if both are compatible because if they are the less expensive one gives me more flexibility.
Cannot find any documentation explaining other than the San Marco 85 Flexa allows for use of both pods and ground coffee.
