I've just been practicing roasting. Currently, I can only practice roasting on the Robusta coffee sample I have. Samples for sweet brown sugar and buttery flavors. Can anyone comment on my roasting scheme?

Is that Dalat robusta? I tried it and liked its cocoa and burnt sugar note. It's expensive though.
