Hello
This is my doubt, coming from old gaggia classic.
I just drink ristretto or espresso, no need for milk thingy stuff..:)
My grinder is Eureka Specialita.
Thanks in advance

If price is not a consideration, the Puristika is a delight to look at and use..the portafilter fits and locks in lovely and smooth, it's not noisy, easy to see the water level and fill the external tank. I have a prototype from about 3 years ago, the production one will be even better finished than mine is.

The variable expansion valve allows you to quicky set a maximum brew pressure...and if you want to profile within that, the ECM variable valve would work nicely.
