Hi, Can anybody recommend an espresso website or even a book? I'd like to try branching out into espresso drinks vice cappuccino or latte all the time.

A real opinion divider but IMHO a worthwhile read is "Espresso Coffee: Professional Techniques" by David Schomer.
A little obsessed.

Things have changed a lot in the last 25 years.

As far as "recipes" go, what are you looking for?

Milk drinks tend to vary by anything from a bare dot of milk through an American-style latte where the espresso is a bare dot of color. I can't say that they're "rocket science" once you've figured out what the local or regional terminology is for a given ratio and how wet or dry the milk is foamed.

Are you looking for flavored drinks? Alcoholic drinks? Espresso-derived beverages (such as tonics)?
