Amazon - 1 left online - bogus offer

Almost purchased a la pavoni lever through amazon. I'm always looking for the best price while being wary of scammers. I've been a member of this forum for many years. Selected a europiccola at amazon and hit purchase. It was the best price i could find anywhere with free shipping. Following day got emails and a voice mail. "One left was no longer in stock". They wanted to offer me something else. I said "no, cancel, adios". Several days, weeks, months later, the same company has the same offer in Amazon with "1 left online". Enough, I'm done with sales tactics and BS. I will buy from one of this sites sponsors. "Perhaps" a little more expensive but, they have supported this hobby and web site for years. Not to mention I mentally regrouped and now want the La Pavoni professional vice the Europiccola. I can never make up my mind.
