I have an Anfim Super Lusso grinder. They seem quite rare, but as far as I can tell they have the same internals as a Super Caimano which are much more common. The only difference might be the case, which is square for the Super Lusso and has truncated corners for the Super Caimano. They both have the same 75mm flat burrs and a grinding chamber that retains a spectacular amount of coffee.

The Super Lusso is a great grinder, but a total disaster to single dose due to the retention and the huge doser on the front. A long time ago I had fun modifying the doser to sweep clean, and I even ground enough coffee to wear out my hacked elastic doser return spring! But in the intervening years Anfim came out with doserless versions of this "Super" series of grinders. This presents an opportunity: scavenge parts from one of these later grinders and convert my Super Lusso to doserless. From scrutinizing parts diagrams it looks like the main structure of the Super Lusso and Super Caimano is copied over to the Super Caimano On Demand (https://www.anfim.it/en/product/super-caimano-demand) and then later to the SCODY II (an acronym for Super Caimano On Demand Y... https://www.anfim.it/en/product/scody-ii). These grinders swapped the doser for a dosing funnel and portafilter holder but also added some fancy electronics that I'm less interested in. See this HB post for someone else trying to figure out single-dosing these beasts: Anfim Super Caimano Barista: single dosing hackathon!

So, my question is where to find spare parts for the Super Caimano On Demand or SCODY II in the USA or the UK. I've googled various dealers and although several have some Anfim parts, I can't find the funnel or portafilter holder assembly of these grinders anywhere! I did find an Italian lead, lfspareparts724.com, but they do not seem to deal directly with customers. There I found a dosing funnel (which is apparently "bocchettone erogatore" in Italian) part that look about right:

https://www.lfspareparts724.com/en/prod ... o--5138166

but the site isn't very usable without a login, so I didn't manage to find the portafilter holder assembly, and my confidence that that exact dosing funnel is the one I want (rather than for a smaller Anfim model) is low.

An Australian site has parts diagrams for a SCODY II with stepped adjustment (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1407/ ... 3051751420) and with stepless (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1407/ ... 3051751420). So a stretch goal for this grinder overhaul is to (a) figure out if the stepless system from the SCODY II can easily be mounted on a Super Lusso body, and (b) obtain the requisite parts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I promise to post pics of how things progress if I ever get any parts.

I've worked with Gary and team at GHGBS on a different grinder and they have been very responsive.

Their current website is https://ghgbs.com/ and has current contact information.

I've very recently ordered parts of them as well and they were very professional, responsive and quick to deliver.

I converted my 2009 Super Caimano Ti to single dosing last year. Replaced the doser with the SCODY 2 pf holder pieces, added an aftermartket magnetic chute, stepless adjustment, made a custom throat sleeve & made some internal improvements to contain the grounds better when using a bellows. Works great & retention is no longer an issue. Ordered some of the parts through Prima Coffee & some direct from the old Mahlkonig USA site using a SCODY 2 parts breakdown for part #s.

Since the photo was taken I've raised the pf holder assy closer to the chute & picked up the factory grounds tray. If you have any questions send me a PM.
