Help for improve 3D RDS Distribution Collar

Hi, since more then a year i use a RDS Distribution Collar instead of a balance to have same amout of coffee each time, that work perfect







then i remove the surplus with a spoon and tamp, to make it even more simple i want to improve this Distribution Collar with 2 fin/wings (not sure about the right word on english..) something like that



But i know nothing about how to modify the file for 3D printing, anybody can help ?



Idealy those 2 fin/wings should be something llike that (side view)



part 1 almost horizontal to easily picked up the coffee, part 2 small tank, then part 3 with a small block part at the end so the coffee won't fall
