Static in Niche Zero grinder coffee metal cup?

I am using the metal container that came with the Niche grinder to receive the coffee from the grinder. I struggle to get the coffee out as it seems to stick to the bottom due to static.
if I let it sit for a few minutes it comes out easier but that doesnt make sense in my workflow if I am trying to make a few coffees, especially when creating two shot machiatos etc.
is this a common issue? any solutions? is the coffee getting charged in the grinder?

The Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) eliminates static. If you want to be fancy, get a mist spray bottle.
