Hello,
Any information about this machine is welcome, this Baby has pressurestat / pressure switch (already modified), and want to make some changes including OPV Mod but don't know how, have seen lots of diagrams with no luck, even another coffee machines with pressurestat like La Marzocco Línea and Profitec 300, so where to keep searching?
Thank you

It looks like this pressure sensor is used for water level sensing. The same principle is used in many washer machines to sense the water level by the pressure drop in the tube. It's not clear from photos where the silicone hose from the pressure sensor goes. If it goes straight to the tank, then it's definitely the water level sensor.

Since your boiler has two inputs, adding an adjustable OPV is pretty straightforward. You want to add it to that left inlet to the boiler between the inlet and your tubing from the pump. You can see what I mean in the picture of how I did exactly that with an old Gaggia. Sorry the picture is so blurry.

Regarding OPV mod - there is a full blown flow/pressure profiling mod for GC going in Gaggiuino project.
