Has anyone upgraded their behmor panel and found the "spade" connectors impossible to detach? I am about ready to give up on this thing.

These connectors covered in black rubber were exceedingly different to disconnect. But I finally got them all and hoping I have not damaged anything!

I can make circuits on GaN wafers but am not too handy with home electronics!

I believe that those are locking connectors that you need to release with a small screwdriver or other tool to remove.

Chris, that is indeed correct! Being covered with rubber, it was not obvious where or how hard to push. Eventually I got all of them, reassembled with the new power board and panel, and passed the diagnostics. But now the power Is s cycling on and off during a dry burn. I am afraid I just wasted $130 and am roaster-less in my house!!
