Looking for Tonino contact info

Does anyone have a reliable contact for tonino?

I have a current style tonino that the battery no longer holds any charge, not sure if there is any parts available for a self install? or if it is repairable at all?

I contacted the info@my-tonino.com a few weeks ago but havent heard any response.
