Baratza Vario Calibration Issues/Screw broken?

Hi there,
I wanted to upgrade by Vario this weekend with the metal chamber and also do the hyper alignment. Now somewhere in the process things went sideways and I couldn't figure out how to get the levers to actually get a consistent grip to do the alignment.
The calibration parts always seemed to be loose and I couldn't figure out why, see this video (I guess this is not normal):
After spending quite some time trying to find the issue I came upon this picture of the secondary calibration screw and after checking mine I think the spike might have broken off.
Here's what mine looks like:
Can someone please confirm this is not normal so I know it's really broken and I can order a new one (and hopefully fix the issue)?
