Sage Duo Temp Pro Dripping and Wet Pucks

Hello All
I have just bought a Sage Duo Temp Pro. I seem to have two issues that may be technique related.
1 the machine seems to drip quite a bit after extraction. On the initial flushing out with no coffee, I notice that after I switched off the water it still dripped, maybe that's normal, it is the same with coffee in the portafilter.
2 the pucks seem to be very wet, like slush, I reckon this is also due to the water continuing to run but I may be wrong.
Does anyone have similar issues or advice on this?
Machine is straight out of the box today.
Thanks

Both sound normal, from my experience. I started with a Duo Temp.
Turning off the pump, there's some residual water in the group head. It drips to atmosphere.
Wet pucks, yeah the Duo Temp doesn't come out with nice dry ones. But it's fine.

Thanks Tennisman. I was coming from a De Longhi which didn't drip or have wet pucks so happy to hear it's fairly normal for this machine. I'll will play with the grind also in the next few weeks and see if it alters any of this also.
