Thermometer for stovetop heated milk?

Due to many constraints, I've settled on the Aeropress/Baratza Encore. Love it. Kinda thinking about a lever machine now because the aeropress hasn't bothered my old injury. For now, looking forward to experimenting.
But. The milk for my lattes! The bellman is out, as there is no way I can steam and froth milk when I'm barely awake. I tried an electric foamer from Amazon. Eww.
So, I'm getting the Subliminal nanofoamer along with their stovetop appropriate flow tip jug.
Now I'm hoping you guys can guide me in getting a thermometer specifically for this.
