My favorite SO espresso is the Indian Sitara from Paradise Roasters. While some may scoff because it is a Robusta bean, I love it. For those of us who only have time for one shot in the AM before leaving for the office, it also packs a nice kick while not tasting harsh at all.

Furthermore it is very reasonably priced ($10 for 14 oz bag). Paradise roasters are very easy to deal with as well. I use 15 g in a double basket with the Quickmill Alexia.
