I just got my Weber EG-1 today.
As a first try, I headed to dial in my espresso. I started with locking in my core burrs against each other to get to the absolute zero point. Then I adjusted as the Weber support rep suggested, by changing the grind size 4-6 full numbers...
I was looking at the helor stance motor on option-os website and noticed the Coming Soon for the Lagom P64 Flat Burr Grinder. It appears to be a single dose grinder with adjustable RPM similar in design to monolith but keeping the asthetic of the HSM.
I have a Sculptor 078 on the way, and have an unopened never used Fellow Ode w SSPs, outside of a return window. I'm curious if anyone has tried both / has both and if they produce very different cups ?
