probably a good idea not even to touch sey before 21+ days tbh ....ive never ha dmuch luck prior to that and pretty general rule of thumb for sey

Sey taste good at one and two weeks based on the 4 bags I have experimented with this year, but earnestly believe their coffee starts hitting their stride 4+ weeks out (same with flower child)
