I think my preference for Califia is in the oil. They use sunflower while Oatly, Chobani, and others use canola.

But I really have limited experience and it was some time ago. I haven't used non-dairy for quite a while and perhaps things have changed.

Oatly Barista, Oatly full fat and Costco oat milks work for me. The Costco oat milk doesn't list coconut as an ingredient but it has that flavor note, which I enjoy.

I've been using minor figures and that seems to be doing well. Tried califia and oatly but felt relative disappointment though will give both a shot again.
