Looking back on my roasts, I had very little development time on them. In the range of 10-15%. I'm not going to say the MV is a "blueberry bomb" like you are going to be blown away, but it had the most blueberry out of then couple dozen Ethiopian naturals I've had this year. It also makes for a nice espresso after a week of rest. Unfortunately most of the Ethiopians I've had this year are a generic fruit and floral taste which are pleasant but not stand outs (that includes the Guji from HM.) I've waded through quite a few...

I've had the same experience with most 2021 Ethiopian naturals. "Generic fruit" definitely sums up my impressions.

However, we're both using Ikawa roasters...

Maybe it's your profile.

I roasted this a few weeks ago on my Quest M3, here's the profile

I was not super impressed with it, no super strong singular fruit flavors, probably in part my roasting I did probably pull it a little early.

I did roast Kenya Mweru from them and it was really good, one of the best I've roasts, really sweet berry grape flavors
