Yeah material shrinkage, etc can be an issue as well. Don't know about all printers but mine easily allows me to adjust the print larger or smaller by any % during slicing, so someone could just bump it up if their printer prints small. This STL printed true to real measurements first try, compared to the original part, so seems like a good enough starting point.
I don't have any vested interest here because I don't intend to install a 3D printer base. Just trying to be helpful, hopefully someone finds it useful.

I have made piles of Niche parts. An ebony set would look good.
