I roasted it light, let it rest about 10 days and tried it as pourover. It was good, but nothing special. At least I didn't get a buzz that kept me up all night!

Interesting that the darker one was your preference. I will see how dark mine is on a Roast Vision later, but at only 9.4 degrees after FCs guessing much lighter.

I would imagine that it is much, much lighter then my FC+ roast. Based on the shots I've had from my FC roast which went 28°bt past FCs & the FC+ roast next roast will end halfway between the 2. I'll use the C+ roast for my wife's afternoon Americanos.

Faster and hotter tastes better. Next roast was 16 degrees past FCs. Drinking it with Zero rest to taste for now. Expect to get better and is already better than last roast.

I'm not surprised. Last one was pretty light. Try a Full City roast (30° past FCs) next time & see what you think.
