Replaced the electrovalve and here is a pic of the damaged one. This explains it.

Hopefully no more leaks. One hr test today did not show anything wrong

With the new valve in place, no more water leaking but..... it seems the valve is not shutting well. If I lift the lever, I have some slow stream of water coming through the brew head even with machine off, pointing me to conclusion valve is not shutting well.

I guess these valves are directional (there are no arrows on the old one for sure) and if connected backwards the pressure from inlet can push the plunger thus negating it working as it should.

On the other side, I got myself a little pre-infusion feature by mistake :) :mrgreen:

If these are directional, what are the downsides if I leave it like this?
