Great! I just bought one like this! And luckily it still works fine even though the seller says the 200w burner doesn't work! It's also a bit of a pity that the previous owner had repainted the base by himself with very bad quality and the second is when I received the steam wand slightly bent and pressed against the boiler body (probably due to shipping) and I tried to bend it back but unfortunately it cracked right next to the screw attached to the steam tap boby!
And now I want to change the grouphead gasket but it seems that hardly to find because I see its shape is different from the latter versions! Do you know where to buy it as well as the washers and other parts for this model?
Thanks!

Moderator note: Hieu, I've split the topic where you commented because yours seemed to be a different generation of La Pavoni by your description. You'll get better answers in this topic of your own. Added: It's 1st gen per your photo. drgary

If by grouphead gasket you mean the one between the portafilter and group, that depends on whether you have the pre '73 version where the showerscreen isn't removable or the later versions. In those the gasket is the same as for other pre-millennium Pavonis. for the pre-'73 version you need this onehttps://www.orphanespresso.com/Brass-Sl ... _1608.html
Orphanespresso also sells all the other o-rings and gaskets, but there are many other sources for those.
cheers,
Rob

Hieu, welcome to HB! This post is to offer you ways to best get your questions answered and to use this site most effectively.

There are additional good sources for La Pavoni parts. It's important, though, to determine your specific model. The best reference for La Pavoni home levers is this area of the Francesco Ceccarelli site. Francesco is in Italy and also sells parts. Here is that area of his site:

http://www.francescoceccarelli.eu/lapavoni.htm

Look at the menu above on his site for his DIY area, where specific repairs are shown.

Additional La Pavoni parts and advice can be found in the United States at Stefano's Espressocare. Stefano's parts list has notes on which gaskets fit which La Pavoni machines. I am not sure which country is best for shipping to Vietnam.

Also please post pictures of your machine so we can see what model and issues you are dealing with. There are many members here who are very familiar with La Pavoni servicing.

Our new member's area has instructions for posting photos here:

It is my La Pavoni so please help to clarify the exact model of it! Is it 1971?

and then specifically here:

often you can find a manufacturing date stamped on the rim of the heating element. the europiccolas until 1974 also have a serial number stamped on the grouphead.
like mine has here:

which makes identification and dating a lot easier.
Cheers,
Rob

Unfortunately, on my machine, I can't see engraved numbers like yours! :(
But based on its switch, I don't think it was made later than 1971!

if it has a slotted screw-cap om top of the sightglass, i'd say it is most likely a late version 1.6 (1970-1973) http://www.francescoceccarelli.eu/La_Pa ... 10_eng.htm
In that version they switched from the engraved serial number to a printed number underneath the base on the drip tray (see also the photo on Francesco's website).
this means you can use the pre-millenium portafilter gasket.
cheers,
Rob

Hello,
It seems that my V1 was made among 1964-1973 (V1.4 to V1.6)! Very old one but still in good condition except the base was re-painted by previous owner!
