want to pull some shots side-by-side with a monolith flat?I'm using an almost 12 month old mono flat and have been interested in tasting espresso from the two grinders sbs. Not meant to be a competition, just for fun to see the difference in work flow and to taste the difference from the two burr sets. Want to get together and pull some shots? The LWW order map shows three EG-1 grinders sold in that area, one each in Seattle, Mercer Island, and Issaquah. Odds may be low of those buyers reading your message here, but if the comparison happens I look forward to hearing the resulting opinions.
