Initially I was considering the Aillio Bullet, but when I find myself being more hesitant of it I feel like I need to go back to the drawing board. I've roasted on a North, and I loved it, however I'm a man of research and I always like to get an understanding of other products.

So on that note, what would be your favorite 1k Roaster, and why?
