A Frankenzocco. Interesting hybrid. Imagine the marble is to provide a counterweight to the lever. Wonder if it's enough. And it looks like the drain is not deep enough to catch all the water that will be coming out of that grouphead during a flush, though that could be an appearance caused by a wide angle lens on the camera.
