If you plan to order a Monolith, keep in mind that the preorders sell out very quickly. The conicals are usually gone within 4 hours; the flats last about a day. You can sign up on the Kafatek website to receive email notification when the orders open. Also, you can see the list of options and their prices if you click on the product in the web store...of course, the next production run might have different options. If you are interested in other colors, just send an email to Denis and he will fill you in.
