Mazzer Super Jolly Problem

I picked up a super jolly today from the local classifieds for super cheap and I couldn't be more excited!... Well, I couldn't have been more excited but I realized when I got home that I checked to see how sharp the burrs were but I didn't plug it in and check it out. When I went to run some coffee through I realized that the lower burr won't move. I can hear the motor turn on and the burr will move about 5-10* but then it won't move any more. The same thing happens with the burrs removed.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on with this or is there any additional information that I can provide to help clarify?
Thanks in advance

With the grinder unplugged, does the lower burr carrier turn smoothly by hand?

No, the lower burr carrier only turns about 10 degrees and then stops.

Assuming you have checked the burr chamber and there is no debris physically jamming the lower burr carrier, then it seems like the problem must be with the motor. Something bent or bearings maybe? Hopefully somebody with Mazzer repair experience will chime in.
