Agreed. Lets write some grant for good coffee research
I have seen mathematical papers in journal Nature (or Science) about best way to tie shoelaces.
To top this, I have also seen some 'genius' researcher 'study' parameters of playboy models since the inception of magazine, to reach conclusion about how body shape preferences have evolved.
I don't know who funded this research, they can sure fund coffee.
