I tend to buy local, for me that means around the greater Toronto area (G.T.A.)

I break it down to espresso and Drip\P.O.

Carvalho coffee roasters - Med-Dark espresso (Brazil) espresso machine drinks

Idrinkcoffee - Ethiopian Harrar Drip\P.O & cold coffee
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

The most memorable coffee of 2016 was actually the very last one I had: Panama Finca Santa Theresa Natural from West Coast Roasting. Incredible fruit but very balanced. Loved it as both espresso and pourover.

No huge standout so I will go with an origin: The Colombians offered by Sweet Marias like Lotes Prinicipales or various microlots. So rich and sweet and flavorful.
