Well, i tried to reply in the other thread about this but it was closed. I've recently purchased a Helor 101 for coffee and decided to try my early Lido II for pepper. It's a win. it ground faster and more evenly than any pepper grinder I've ever used. It seems like it would be best used measuring before grinding, just like you would for coffee. I was going to sell it, but it's good enough at this that I think I'll keep it as a pepper grinder for now.
