This is a great idea btw.

Finally, I've been sampling coffees for a couple weeks and was considering buying a bag to do a not-for-profit distribution on another small home roaster forum.

I can get more samples of most of the coffee's I've been considering if someone wants to help pick something to do an in-house sourced roast and learn.

I don't post a bunch so there probably isn't a ton of background on me, but I go back 10+ years on coffeeg**k and am not a total newbie.

Do we want to do a pretty basic/inexpensive Brazil or something more interesting?
