Arguably at that price level I would say 2 lunars is not unaffordable.

Also some people enjoy the aesthetics of the flush scale.

Not if one is in a shop whose workflow is to pull directly into tall take-away cups.

Maybe a coffee cart using a Linea Mini but doubt ever I'll see a "shop" using one, at least not a serious shop with any kind of business. Could maybe use 2 or 3 of them I suppose but would take up more real-estate than a 2 or 3 group.

I was thinking more of the GS/3 version of the tray, but your point still holds true.
