Thanks Andrew,

My PID reads 200F then flashes to like 257 or so I believe. The 200 is what the brew boiler temperature reads. What is the offset?

There are several threads regarding this. You will need to change e1 to 25 if you use F instead of C. The default published values in F had the wrong offset.

Just check yours. Maybe it is already correct who knows?
