I have never heard anyone who bought a Cremina say they thought they didn't get their money's worth.
And, no one ever complains about their Creminas.
They must be worth every penny :-))))

I had pre-millennium EP and have a recent Cremina. They are capable of similar shots, but the Cremina is easier to surf temps with on a series of shots, as it doesn't change so quickly and is easier to hold at the same temp (using half pumps to heat and a squeeze bottle of water or a damp towel to cool). For this a temp gauge and manometer are useful. If you care.

The Cremina is like riding a bike but the LP was more like riding a unicycle. Perhaps the Millenium version group is more stable.

Also the LP was a lot easier to tip over unless using two hands.

I feel the Cremina is one of those things, like a good bicycle or small sailboat, that just feels right despite limitations.
