Grind size check on Baratza Virtuoso

I recently bought a Virtuoso and received it today. I ran some old beans through to clear it and test it out, and the fine setting seems not that fine. I know this is definitely not an espresso grinder, but I feel like Setting 0 should be finer than it is, especially after watching Seattle Coffee Gear's video comparison of the old and new version of the Virtuoso. They seem to get pretty powdery grinds on the finest setting.

Please let me know what you think. Does it need to be recalibrated, or am I being paranoid?

Could be 2 things maybe.
1. Your upper burr barrier is not in properly. Did you check that the red tab on the upper burr lines up with the black triangle on the collar? Should show this in your manual.
2. Needs calibrated finer.
Guessing number 1 though. At zero setting it should be making powder.

I drink two shots before I drink two shots, then I drink two more....

Thank you! You were right on with the upper burr placement. It's working correctly now.
