I found it years ago in this post. Tiamo 5oz Steam Pitcher, or the solution to 'small milk' and waste I clicked on the link today and it's to a now defunct web page on Orphan's site. If I fill the pitcher to overflow it will take pretty close to 150 ml which is a little over 5 oz so it's official volume designation may have been more than 4 oz.

For search assistance, those small pitchers are "brew" pitchers designed for pulling a shot into then pouring into something else.

I always end up just wasting a lot of milk. Small price to pay, but I guess I could work on my technique and not have to buy milk so often.
