Found and bought a nicely aged Fiorenzato Doge 63 to replace my PL043MMI. Seller said burrs need replacement.
In the current state, at the finest setting, it's too coarse for espresso. I ordered a set of new burrs, will try them out in 2-3 days. Do you guys think that changing those would improve things? Other then that I really like it. Doser is nice and it's so quiet for it's size.
Also, anyone know of a smaller height hopper which would fit? The bottom of the hopper is 67mm i think. Mazzer mini hopper needs some duct tape mod to make it fit properly, which I don't really want to do.
Using it without a hopper atm, damn thing is huge, won't even clear my cabinets if I try to put it on.
