Short term, whatever you are most familiar with.

Long term, Chemex/KONE. Haven't used anything but KONE for 3 years. I use a 52 oz Bodum press pot for the Chemex in that 3 Chemexes have been introduced to the side of the sink <crash sound here>.

Love the oils which the KONE permits through, though not as heavy as press pot oil sensations/tastes.
