Thank you all for the great advice and the additional links to access more information about the more sophicated regulation and automation alternatives for home roasting. I'm continue to research the market to see what's available and to help understand what makes one machine different from another. Just like espresso machines and grinders, the sky's the limit when it comes to choices so I'll proceed at a slow pace. :wink:
