I make four espresso drinks a day seven days a week. Given this frequency how often do you remove the screen from the grouphead and soak it in something like Urnex Cafiza?

I usually soak mine when I lube the piston seals. At your usage rate, it seems like you'd want to do that a couple times a year. Some people might service the seals more frequently, but twice a year is probably enough to keep your machine working properly over time. (You'll notice the difference if it's not.)
