Hello there.
For everyone in the NYC area who wants to know more about the CT1; My brother is doing demonstrations with the CT1 the coming weeks at Irving Farm Coffee. Dates and specific locations will follow.. first one will be this Sunday.

This Sunday the 18th there will be demonstrations with the Strietman CT1 in NYC.
Irving farm has been so kind to host us. Adres is 88 Orchard St from 13:00 till 15:00

Later dates are:
Tuesday, June 20th | 3-5 pm
Irving Farm 1424 Third Ave

Monday, June 26 | 5-7pm
Irving Farm 224 W. 79th St

Weds, June 28th | 5-7pm

Robert! I will suggest the idea to Casper.. hitchhiking his way to Nashville with just a hand grinder and a CT1.. sure to attract a lot of happy faces.

do you drain the water overnight and refill in the morning? or leave the water in the bowl and top up when necessary?

Chris, as a former Caravel owner, by the time you flush, pull a couple shots, the tank is probably half empty, so I always just topped off. I imagine if one's tank is say 60% empty, just add water the next days. Still, I can't imagine the CT1 would be major trouble to empty. Just raise the lever, and allow most of the remaining water to exit the head?
