The tubing for my Expobar Brewtus over pressure return line from the OPV is quite brittle in places, and I thought I would replace it. The other tubing in the machine is low pressure, and I am pretty sure most hardware stores would carry it. Does anyone know a good source for the high-pressure tubing?

(Even better does anyone know what diameter tubing I would use for an IZZO OPV outlet? I think I will replace the Fluid-o-Meter original pressurestat for the beefier IZZO model...)

One source is Stefano's Espresso Care. He has tubing, and maybe Teflon tubing would work.

Edit: You said OPV, then started talking about your pressurestat. Just to be clear, we're strictly talking OPV, correct?

You're talking about this OPV, correct: http://www.chriscoffee.com/Expansion-Va ... /ev321.htm ? It's cheaper elsewhere, but I needed the tee, and customer service was excellent.
I just plumbed that one in to my machine. The outlet diameter is 1/4", so use 1/4" ID tubing; I ordered 10 feet of 1/4" ID / 1/2" OD silicone tubing on Amazon for under $20. You can get shorter lengths for less $$$, but I needed it for other projects.

As for high pressure "teflon" (really PTFE) tubing, you can find it lots of places. Again, mine came from Amazon - under $20 for 10 feet. (I don't have a lot of time to peruse the local stores with the little one at home - Amazon Prime is a wonderful thing.) Just make sure you have the proper ID/OD - hopefully others can chime in here. My machine uses 4mm OD on the high pressure side, but other machines use a 6mm OD.
